First, of course, I gathered my materials. Notice the lack of a laser level...I went old school: pencil and 24 inch yellow level. (Thanks, Dad!)
Then, I carefully measured and hung my first picture. Unfortunately, the super-bargain frames from Target had hangers that were very user-unfriendly.
It was at about this point in the process that I remembered (realized?) that picture frames and the actual pictures are two different sizes. Doh! Improvise, adapt, overcome. After realizing this, I revised my plan & remeasured, and hanging the large pictures went rather smoothly. The 8x10s gave me fits, however. Keith will not be happy when he sees the marks and holes behind those pictures.
